When to register

Abstract: Abstract will be included in program but will not published in conference proceedings.  Please Register after you receive the acceptance letter. Details will be listed in the acceptance letter.

Full Paper: Submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceeding/journal, the author can choose oral /poster presentation, register after you receive the acceptance letter. Details will be listed in the acceptance letter.

The registration can be recognized after your abstract passed the review procedure.

How to get the invoice before paying

If you haven't paid the fee yet but you need the invoice to proceed to the payment, please indicate the type of participation(Full paper/Abstract). If you are a student, please attach the student card or other document confirming that you are a student.

The official Receipt of your payment

After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.

If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned verion.

 

Cancellation Policy

You are so welcomed to join the conference, but if you cannot attend due to some reasons, please inform this to icei@cbees.net

Due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the conference time and venue. We will not bear the cost such as airplane ticket, hotel accommodation, etc...

All refund applications need to follow the regulations below.
